Every Sunday, our Teams serve guests with intentionality in order to show and share the love of Jesus. We believe the sermon starts with serving people.
Our volunteers are called “Heaven Bringers” because they are bringing Heaven with them into every conversation and act of service.
GUEST SERVICES TEAMS
Our Guest Services Teams help to guide and assist our guests from the Parking Lot to the Auditorium. The goal of these Teams is to make sure every person is seen, feels welcome, and at home. See some of our Guest Services Team options below!

Our Kids Teams give every single kid their first glimpse of God. It’s not just childcare during service, it is opportunity to show and share Jesus with children on their own level.

ASSIMILATION TEAMS
Our Assimilation Teams help connect people from the seats to spiritual decisions. Our Ushers help to find every person a great seat. Our Next Steps Teams get the opportunity to pray with and talk to those that make spiritual decisions after each service. Our Baptism Team helps to facilitate hospitality to those that are making the incredible decision to go all-in with Jesus through baptism.

CREATIVE, PRODUCTION & WORSHIP TEAMS
Our Worship and Production Teams (WoPro) work closely together week after week to lead us in a distraction free worship environment. Our Production Teams handle on-screen lyrics, cameras, live-stream audio & video, and in-person audio & video. Our Worship Teams lead us weekly in worship as we prepare our hearts for the Word of God.
Our Creative Teams focus primarily on photography/videography, stories, and social media. Their goal is to capture and showcase what an experience at Heart and Soul is like so that the world can see it before they show up to experience it.
Tryouts are required to join our Worship Team. No experience is needed for our Production Team - we will teach you!

FAQs
How often will I commit to serve? Your serving schedule is determined by you! Most people serve on a consistent basis (Every week or every other week), but we are grateful for any amount of time you’re able to serve.
How will I be scheduled? We use an app called Planning Center Services that will schedule you a month in advance and you can Confirm or Deny that the dates scheduled works.
What’s next? You’ll attend the Welcome Party where you will learn our protocols and procedures for serving at Heart and Soul. We want you to be and feel prepared!
I don’t want to miss church. How often will I miss? We don’t want you to miss either! If you serve in our Kids Ministry, we ask that you serve one service, and sit in the other service. If you serve any other Team, you will be able to sit in 90%+ of every service.
What if I don’t like my Team? No worries! Not every area is for everybody. We would love to help you find a better place. Our Team will reach out to see how serving is going a few weeks into it, or you can reach out to your Coordinator at any time!
