How it started
Heart and Soul started as a vision within the heart of Pastor Austin in 2010 while a freshman in college. From there, it developed and grew into a full-fledge mission from the Lord. In March of 2020, in the middle of a global pandemic, Austin and Sara moved along with 6 other families to Knoxville to launch Heart and Soul in the fall of 2020.
On September 20, 2020, Heart and Soul became a reality. With hundreds in attendance and over 20 coming to Jesus, the dream had become a reality.
How it’s going
Since launching in September of 2020, Heart and Soul has seen tremendous impact in and around Knoxville. We've seen hundreds come to faith in Jesus, dozens baptized, and hundreds more connected to the family of God here in Knoxville.
We believe we are just getting started, and the best is still yet to come. With new ministries and outreach opportunities beginning all the time, we believe our most impactful days for the Kingdom are ahead!
It's all about FILLING HEAVEN!
What’s next?
What's next for Heart and Soul? We believe the best is ahead, but what does that look like practically?
It looks like more salvations, more baptisms, more people finding their place, their people, and their purpose. It looks like more families finding a home for themselves and their children. It looks like building more and better disciples of Jesus to impact and change our region for the better.
It looks like a fuller Heaven! And we want you to be a part of it!
